[justify]-Ensuring there is enough skills mix in each nursing shift can be great contributors in establishing nurses are less stressed .

-Skill mix or personal skill mix can refer to the mix of posts in the establishment, the mix of employees in the post, the combinations of activities that comprise each role rather than the combination of different job titles

-Further evidence  found that having skill mix nurses on shift has improved the care of patients and nurses being stressed as different skills mix can help support each other with different interventions that they are not familiar with and can improve high staff morale.

-It can be sometimes cost effective in the NHS to train nurses which can hinder different skill mix being on shift. Nevertheless, reinforced that it is the managers duty to ensure different skills mix such as band 6 , and band 5 in each shift which can help reduce the level or stress on nurses and improve patient quality of care.
